Commissions

Commission pieces are some of the most challenging and rewarding pieces to be created. As such, if you have a request for a commission please contact me by email.

We will then begin the process by discussing your commission piece. The discussion we evolve into how a commission is best created. Time for the artist to meet the subject and have a personal discussion is essential to the success of the piece. During that meeting a time will be set for the sketch sitting.

During the sketch sitting the artist sketches and photographs the subject and setting. After the session is complete copies are sent back to the client for proof and approve. The best pose is selected and then the artist begins her painting.

Painting the subject requires a body of time. The artist will schedule the process to happen efficiently and will concentrate on finishing your piece. Once the painting is complete, you are contacted by the artist to make arrangement for framing and delivery.

The commissions are completed on a first come, first served basis. Timelines are determined by demand and the artists schedule. I look forward to working with each and every client and I hope you will contact me soon.
